We would like to be able to access user management features from each of our applications without going through the Visual Guard.Net console. How can we do that?

Visual Guard .Net provides you with an API which enables you to create your own administration form.
This way, your applications can access the administration features thanks to the form integrated in your application and not thanks to the Visual Guard .Net console.
