Nippon Computer Systems Corp. (NCS), the official distributor of PowerBuilder in Japan, and Novalys, a long-standing global partner in the PowerBuilder ecosystem, today announced a content collaboration to deliver more news, product updates, and technical resources to PowerBuilder teams in Japan.

Under this collaboration, NCS will publish articles on its PowerBuilder developer portal and in its monthly newsletter highlighting new features, tools, and whitepapers relevant to modern PowerBuilder projects. The content will focus on new tools and practical topics for teams managing large, business-critical PB applications: code understanding and documentation, version upgrades, multilingual features, UI optimization, security & governance, and performance optimization.

“We want to energize the PowerBuilder community in Japan with practical, actionable content,” said Hitoshi Asakura, Director Business Headquarters Ⅱ at NCS. “By sharing Novalys’ know-how and resources, we aim to help development teams discover tools that address their daily challenges, modernize their applications and smoothly upgrade to recent PowerBuilder versions.”

The collaboration will begin with a series of articles published on NCS’ PowerBuilder Japan Portal and amplified through NCS’s newsletter. Additional co-marketing activities—such as joint webinars and community events—are being considered for 2026, following the publication of initial content and community feedback.
